A hypnotic trance is a safe and natural mental phenomenon, a state of mind between sleep and wakefulness that you experience several times a day.

You may be unaware that you regularly put yourself into hypnotic trance by carrying out ordinary activities such as daydreaming, being captivated reading a book, watching a fascinating movie or performing a monotonous activity.

As well, every night before falling asleep and every morning while you wake up, at least twice a day your mind goes through the same levels of brainwave frequencies as you experience being into hypnotic trance.

As a hypnotherapist, in order to do my work, my first action is to intentionally guide you to deep relaxation, bringing you progressively to deeper levels of hypnotic trance. During this process, your brainwave frequency will slow down, heightening your suggestibility and imagination.

Your hypnotic state will then have the benefit to open the door to your dominant mind, the subconscious. It is at the subconscious level of your mind that all the events, memories, experiences and feelings of your entire life are stored.
