Following a brief explanation of what hypnosis is all about and how the subconscious mind works, you will be well prepared for the four hypnosis sessions that will follow.
The first practical session will help you discover and eliminate any personal subconscious blockage you may have that could limit you in loosing weight. The second one will give you the proper technique of self-hypnosis you can easily repeat on your own in order to help you achieve deeper mental relaxation. The last two sessions will include specific weight loss suggestions that allow positive change in all the common areas of difficulty of loosing weight. It will support your health and pleasure for eating, while achieving your perfect weight based on your own needs.
