Keep in mind that all my hypnotherapy sessions are a joint venture. You and I become part of a team.

Every client has a different initial responsiveness to hypnosis. Some individuals have a natural talent to easily be hypnotized from the first time at deeper levels of trance. Others with more analytical personalities simply need to allow themselves to let go. Practice will make it easy. And you don’t have to be very deep into hypnosis to obtain results.

How many sessions do I need?

Most problems can be solved within two to three sessions. If you are coming to hypnotherapy with a fairly serious problem which has been present in your life for a very long time, it is normal that you may need a few more, twelve being the very maximum.

In order to make it more affordable, you can prepay a number of sessions in advance to benefit from a substantial discount (30 to 38%) or even select one specific hypnotherapy program designed to solve a specific issue at a reduced price (up to 50 % discount) See: SPECIAL OFFER

CLIENT’S INSTRUCTIONS

AFTER SESSION

There is no problem to return to work or any other regular activity after an hypnotherapy session. Sufficient time will be given to you to be fully alert and awake coming out of hypnosis. Depending on the issue and work being done, some clients feel more energized and happier after a session while others feel a bit tired. However, it will not compromise your ability to return to your normal functions.

BETWEEN SESSIONS

People often ask me: “What is your success rate to resolve such and such issue?” My answer is always the same and truthful: “I have a 100% success rate with all motivated clients”.

Following each session, I will ask you to do some “homework” before the next appointment. This is to reinforce and accelerate the mental and emotional processing that takes place in your subconscious mind. It may consist of practicing self-hypnosis with or without an audio recording, reading positive affirmations, journaling, doing breathing and relaxation exercises etc…

The “life change” does not just happen during the sessions. If you are not a motivated client and you don’t do the homework I am asking for, you are honestly waisting your money and my time, taking the risk not to obtain the results you should expect or simply prolong your program. It is important to honour your commitment in order to experience a faster result.
